Early in the 2020 COVID lockdown, Disney Branded Television’s creative marketing team reached out to Disney Channel’s on-air talent to send in messages of comfort and reassurance for our young audience.

As I edited these self-tapes for air, I noticed many of the talent had opened by saying “Hey guys!” in a similar intonation; I decided to try my hand at this YouTube-exclusive supercut, drawing out the musicality and rhythm in the video messages into something upbeat, catchy, and hopeful.
