Who else remembers, decades before the 2019 big screen reboot, when Benoit Blanc was a Sunday night staple on one of the big three?

(Admittedly, that was a little before my time, but in the 80s, I’d watch it in syndication at my grandma’s, usually while one or both of us dozed off on the couch.)

I managed to unearth the show open, I think from the first season, before they’d found the tone and the regular series cast thinned out or spun off into their own shows.
